At LaV's Boutique we strive to be constantly bringing in new, fresh, and unique styles on a biweekly basis. On occasion, certain items displayed on our site may no longer be in stock. Once an item is sold out, the item will still display for sometime as we give the option to our customers to provide their email to be notified when and if that item is restocked. Should you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item, please contact our customer service department for assistance.
We strive to display our products in our pictures as accurate as possible. Customers may also contact us for more information regarding products prior to their purchase. However, due to various factors, such as your computer monitor’s size and capabilities, may affect what you see on your screen. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for the display of any color, texture or detail of its merchandise on your computer or phone screen. Refunds and In Store Pick Up Terms and Conditions
We do not provide REFUNDS under any circumstance other than if the item was not available at the moment of purchase. For items that are shipped, once the customer receives the package (when the tracking number provided by us appears as delivered) the customer agrees to not issue any charge backs or disputes against LaV's Boutique. Furthermore, LaV's Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. All claims should be directed at the shipping company provided at the time of delivery.
